		<description>Living in Portland, OR, I feel fortunate because Unagi is what I always pick at my favorite conveyor-belt style sushi restaurant.
They use prepared eels imported from Japan and sear them before serving.
10 years ago I did not even dream of having Unagi in US.
Today, I can eat them everyday if I want to.</description>
